Personal info: My name is Erik and im 22 years old and live in Stockholm/Sweden. Im in school right now studying to be electrician, i got about one year left before i can start woriking(if all goes well). My family is my mother, father and brother, no kids or girlfriend atm. My intrests apart from world of warcraft is pretty much sports. I like football alot, had seasonticket for AIK for four years in a row but it ends this year because my friend cant make it and i dont wanna go alone :/(in sweden the season is from march/april-november). Watch alot of enlighs/spanish/italian football aswell and im actually going to London in the end of february to watch Chelsea - Man city or Millwall - Hartlepool.

Professions: Tailoring for the cloakenchant and to craft new gear. Enchanting to gain sp.

As a wowplayer im always trying to do my best and help those in need for it in a nice way. Have been officer for a few months but im not the one to tell you if im did a good job. I keep myself updated on my class and on new incoming bosses and try to find out wich debuffs i can add to grid to help my healing.

Vanilla: In vanilla i played my priest aswell, played in a friendly and casual guild called empathy with some friends and killed everything up to twins in AQ40.
BC: In burning crusade i played holypaladin in the same guild and cleared 4/5 in Hyjal and because of slack in the guild i never got to kill Archimonde. In the end of burning crusade vek'nilash was a server bleeding players so we transfered to frostmane and everyone hated us!(full server). Also the guildname was changed from Empathy to Loathsome.
Wotlk: I played a furywarrior and killed everything with him before ulduar and this was also in the same guild. And when Ulduar never showed up the guild went down and i stoped playing. Started again in july on my priest and when i hit 80 i joined a swedish guild and played holypriest, we farmed naxx mostly and got some kills in ulduar. I wanted a more serious guild so i applyed to Notorious and got accepted in the end of august and been playing with them since. With Notorious ive cleared ICC 8/12 in 25man, 4/5 ToGC 25man and insanity on 10man. Also done a few hardmodes in Ulduar (Leviathan, XT and Hodir) but the main focus was on ToGC.

After three months in Notorious they asked me to be an officer and help them, it's hard to get good people tho when you are on a server like frostmane with so many good guilds, people don't really go for the second best swedish guild especially when your on the same server as Memento Mori. I dont wanna go deep and flame people in Notorious cause thats not how i role but i dont agree with all leaders plus we have a big problem getting our players to the raids(unless its lootwednesday) and thats not what im looking for. We have been clearing 4/5 in togc for ages and had like 50-100 trys on anub, should have been more like 500 trys if people been showing up to progressraids. Thats pretty much why im looking for a new guild, i want to play in a dedicated guild that doesnt accept slacking!

Other info: My attendence is very high almost 100% only raid i missed since the release of ICC is when i was attending a birthday. And as i wrote in the beginning im going away in the end of february thursday-sunday. I got a mic, computer and internet conection that works fine. My mainspecc is holy and the specc im using is one of the best imo. I got disc as offspecc and imo its the best specc aswell. I doesnt realy matter if i play holy or disc, i like both alot, have probably played more disc then holy. Speccs are always debatable and i like it alot if someone can help me improve aslong as they explain why it's better. (My purple gems are for holy)

Why me? It's always hard to say good things about yourself but i think im a good healer and awake during fights and im stable, you wont get any drama from me. I like the game alot and thats why im so active and trying to improve. Im not planning to stop playing wow anytime soon, alot of free time when studying. I have no problem taking criticism as long as it's not flaming. Its hard to write an application not sounding cocky but i do think im a good player and got the hang of this game, atleast as holy/disc priest.
Healing isn't realy like dpsing or tanking you have to be more of a teamplayer imo, if you dont focus on what your supposed to do and try to heal everything to win healing the raid is probably going to die on harder bosses. Im not trying to say that all dpsers and tanks are bad teamplayers just that with healers its easyer to spot.

I must admit application didn't impress me much. It could be more readable and contain more information - like mentioned binds (you pointed you use them but would like to know what are they?). But your character is quite ok.

Personally I don't like your gemming - I don't like gemming purely for SP but if you play more Disc than it is all right. What is your gear for holy then? One you are currently on armoury is pretty crit heavy and you got very little haste. Do you change something when you spec holy? Me and Lambi got over 900 (Lambi probably around 1k). That's twice as much as you got.

Ah couple more things about interface (sorry for my messy flow but it's late), do you use some kind of addon to show you CD? Or just looking on bars when something if something is ready? It doesn't seem you use any kind on incomming heals, why?

Was looking briefly through your logs as well - wonder what do you think about renew as holy? Noticed you were using it quite much on one festergut but on you didn't - was it some kind of test or? If you are on twins do you soak the balls or is it someone's else responsibility?

In the end your application doesn't look bad.. Would like to know your answers..

Hi, ill go straight to your questions. The binds i use are: 1,2,3,4,s+1,s+2,s+3,s+4,q,e,r,f,s+q,s+e,s+r,s+f,s+space,s+mouse5,ctrl+space,ctrl+mouse5.

About my gear and gemming: My gear is currently for disc and my purple gems are not. When i only played holy i stacked haste aswell but never got that high, think i was around 800. When i cast flash heal with borrowed time im down on one second and thats why my crit is high. I dont have a holyset in my backpack(have been playing disc last three months). I would very much like to get a few tips on gems in holy if you dont mind and got the time for it.

For cooldowns i have normal cooldown count and im using MSBT, it pops up a msg just over my character "Prayer of Mending Reay Now!". Im not 100% when i say this but i think that grid only show incoming heals when someone lost damage and thats why you cant se it on my screen.

On twins we use the tactic where everyone stacks on the portaldoor, tanks are outside tho and trying to absorb all orbs incoming. We never switch color, we outheal the damage with help from divine sac and heroism.

And renew on festergut was because they all had full health when i used renew, im trying to use renew as much as possible when people are full on health and i know they will take damage.

At this point we have the luxuary of having very very good priests in our guild already. If we recruited another one it would be because we'd like 1 more healer that was so awesome he could step in and help us on hard modes from day 1. Unfortunately you can't.
