This is a link to my gear. (See gear explanation)

WoW history + Guild history (All the green lines are important, the rest is skipable)
I started off playing a priest in the summer of '06 because 3 friends of mine suggested it.
Because an other friend of mine already had a character, we started in his server, Trollbane.
When I hit fourty (holy spec, didn t know that shadow was easyer leveling) I started to dislike priest.
On 53 I rerolled to warrior on Laughing Skull. That friend of mine transfered there because of the horde/alliance ration being 4/1.
There I was 57 on the release of TBC. Once I hit 70 there was a issue with my parents being too worried about school so they didn't allow me to stay up after 23:00 which on that server made it impossible to find a good raiding guild.
Because 2 of the 3 friends I played with were allowed to raid, they were in the guild <Reclaimed> (Currently on Sylvanas) and I was a friends rank.
All and well, we played along, transfered from LS to Kazzak and back.
I got removed from the guild after the wrong comment at the wrong time. The leader on DPS was nagging that he, playing a lock, was unable to out DPS a mage. Its been a while but as far as I remembered I said learn to play.
This was during some wiping and this caused him to remove me.
So guildless I strutted around on the server and the same day I ended up in a ramparts heroic pug where I got to know a played in the guild <Furenzu>. He noticed my guildlessness and started talking about them needing a tank.
So I learned their raid times were 19:00 till 23:00 and after talking to the warrior class leader I got invited to <Furenzu>.
Their progress was 1 group clearing Karazhan. Because I already had been to kara I started looking around how many people were saved the day after I joined.
It turned out it was enough to start a group, so I rolled into leading.
We killed all but 2 bosses and I got promoted to member that day.
From that point on we started to try and form 25mans. Because I had proven my capability, I speak English clear and fluently and because I had already been to Gruul's Lair, I was asked to lead the group.
Because I was nearly the only player experienced in the guild, I was Raidleadig, sorting groups, inviting, masterlooting, assigning tanks, healers, croud controls and maintanking at the same time.
This started my raidleading and that ended in that guild with Gruul's Lair 2/2, Magtheridon's Lair 1/1, SSC 2/6 (Lurker and Morogrim) and 3/4 TK. At that point I was still chased by my parents about raid times and I couldn't realy cut the efford I had to put into leading a group of players that played casual.
This lead to my first break. Because my parents didn't allow me to play after 23:00 there was no future in raiding.
But after a month of boredom I started playing again.
I transfered to Sylvanas to play with my friends in <Reclaimed> again.
When most of my friends stopped playing I went to Moonglade to a friend I got to know at school.
I played there on the release of WotLK and ran some 10man groups with friends there.
At this time I was kind of released from my parents grip so I was allowed to raid longer.
I had graduated highschool and I thought them not to be too worried
.When I heard reclaimed was still looking for priest but not for warriors I leveled my priest from 70-80.
After farming Naxx and Malygos for 4 weeks but wiping on Sath 3d I got kinda sick of the hostility in raids.
I lost the interest in raiding for a short period and I didn feel a bond with <Reclaimed>
either which lead to my 2nd small break.
After that, someone I got to know on Laughing Skull and later IRL (Lived not that far from me) asked me to get to Talnivarr.
There I got rejected to Join <Do> so I joined a friends guild of which he was leader. There I got geared up with fury gear from TotC 10.
When he stopped playing I got accepted into <Do> as fury warrior.
After 3 weeks one of the warrior tanks left, due to the same reasons I found out myself later, I asked if I could go tanking.
After playing 1 raid as tank I got accepted as member on the combination base of the DPS and tanking I contributed.
In <Do> I learned Ulduar 10/25 13/14 on both. Did hardmodes on all the 10 man keepers but did not succeed on Mimiron.
Because TotC was already clear we went to Ulduar but there was never any interest in doing mimiron.
We got TotGC 0/5 befor ICC release, and 2/5 after. And we did TotGC 10 and got "A tribute to Skill" with 44 attempts remaining. In ICC the progress was 6/9 befor I left.
Here I also raidleaded but only in TotC, TotGC and ICC.
I left there because I was sick of the slacky additude in guild which led to under achiving. I functioned as Tank roleleader and raidleader but there were a lot of management obstacles that annoyed me. The concept of the guild was somewhere between casual and hardcore and therefore a lot of players present in guild. There was a core of about 15 players that had high attendance but this was not enough. But there were quite incompetend players in those raids and with suitable replacements we would have gotten Prof. Putricide by now. And I'm sick of putting in quite some effort and they pop up slacking like its nothing important. And because of my position I wasn't realy allowed to say anything to them directly, and when I spoke to the roleleader of the player in question I got useless awnser about lack of players and "It's just a casual guild." or "He is requiered because we lack this class". This made my lose my inspiration to put effort into raiding. This lead to me slacking which got me bored overall. I felt forced to log on and raid and then log off again.

Druid, 80 Talnivarr.
Paladin, 80 Talnivarr.
Gear explanation
I will likely wear the Indestructable Plate Girdle with 3 x 30 Stamina gem.
Sadly I have only ran into 1 replacement which is not that great in some ocations (Girdle of the Nether Champion).
I'm also not very pleased with my boots or their optional replacements.
At the moment my status for the ICC craftable boots is 1/5 primordials, 4/8 titansteel (got mats, waiting transmutes) and 12/12 Eternal Earth.
Also I m not very sattisfied about my trinket because I'd prefer to use it as backup. Also The Black Heart is too much of a step down.
I've seen the scarab drop about 4 times, 3 in guild and once in a pug. But I either had a lower PR(Point Ratio or somthing used in the EPGP system) or got outrolled.
Because of the EPGP system I was unable to get most items that dropped in ICC because those that joined befor me, always had a higher PR.
Spec explanation
As already said I'm using a 15-3-53 spec.
Most of the points are based on what I prefer, some on what I ve seen others do.
The only thing that likely requieres explanation is 2/2 Improved Rend instead of 2/2 Improved Charge.
I chose this because Rend is a contribution in threat so the 20% helps as well. And using it helps some rogues in damage as well. Also I found that I don't charge that often.
Why <Numen>
I've had my doubts about applying to numen because I dont have a history of high rated guilds but once is the time to start. A friend of mine joked around about applying here some time ago when I started complaining about <Do>. This lack of proof has to do with my age and parent combination. I started playing about 4 months befor TBC release and had moments where my parents monitored the time I was online and limited it by 1 hour. I had 2 chars in the 50's when TBC actually hit. My parents loosened up but not enough to let me raid after 23:00. Therefore there was no way of me getting into a very good guild either. And since about half a year I have the freedom I need to raid (semi-)hardcore. And now with some highly interesting content releasing I feel the urge to play with the best. And because I am already on Talnivarr, which is what brought me to Numen.

Expectations
I just love to follow forms/templates when in doubt of forgetting something.
I expect to get a different experience on WoW content along side players that are willing to learn their class, make mistakes, learn and in this way become the best. Because of the spirit of players in <Do> I didn't feel like I had to improve myself since the standard was low already. With a guild like Numen I hope to be challenged, make mistakes as well, learn (even) more about my class and be part of the best. What I hated in <Do> was that there were players who kept making mistakes on the most simple aspects like moving out of slime/fire. I don't mind wiping at at a boss because of RNG or someone having trouble getting a complicated task mastered but because 1 person keeps failing over and over on a simple factor, that person just needs to be replaced.
