Personal Statement: i am currently in college studying my final year into my A+ Levels, biology, ICT, Psychology, Sociology and general studies. I see myself as very competitive in world of warcraft since i started playing a while back i have always wanted to be the best what ever class i played. I've been playing my Druid for a long period of time to be exact 156 days on my druid ( will scare me when i look at my other chars). In life and wow i determine myself to the goal provided, ie being in wow to help progression in raiding to be the best. Or in life to put myself in a firm position for the future with my eduction being good
over than all that i also play football, like to go fishing ( Live out in the country)
In game i have very good awareness of a raiding environment i am able to look up from my spell bars and analyse what is going on to make my survivability>dps, i survive i can do more dps
I also have a full resto set, i started of my raiding days and part of wotlk being resto and still do heal, i do have skill in the latest raiding content being a healer which i can provide for the guild aswell.

About my character:
For starters i do have alot of experience in healing aswell, if needs be, but as boom as been my main, my resto gear is weaker
Every class/specc brings something to the raid, has a Moonkin you have the following bonuses over other casters:
-5% crit to all the raid
-3% haste " " " "
-3% hit " " " " (i know it doesn't stack with shadow priest buff but still its worth mentioning)
-13% more spell damage taken by target
-A innervate to give
-A battle rez
-One of the most versatile casters, probably the class that suffers less dps reduction by moving fights and exchanging targets (forms contribute to moving versatility too)

First of all the spec i have chosen is for numbers of reasons. I like to experiment with specs for certain fights other talents are better, for example i tried owlkin frenzy for Anub'arak heroic to see in p3 if the proc was more than useall, i didn't find much difference
I have a standby program called Rawr 2.3.5.0 which applies buffs, spec, gear to find out your maximum stable dps and burst dps, for long fights stable can be better than burst or burst can be better than stable where certain things, top of head iron roots in freya need to be killed quicker. The spec i have chosen at the moment is the spec to provide me with my highest dps raid buffed.
The other spec you might see if what synthesis my current guild asked me to make up for deathbringer sauthang to grab all the adds and pushback
i haven't gone with many mana regen talents because i find myself in the position of hardly losing any mana as it is, and in trial of the crusader and icecrown citradel we haven't got any long fights, providing with me a spare innervate for any healers.
I do look into alot about Boomkin/restoration spec theory crafting in elitejerks, my forums etc to improve significantly as much as i can.

Don't ask about trinkets, i have farmed numerous amount of times heroic and normal Trial of the crusader for sp trinket, and even OS 10/25 and originally icc for the bis crit 10man trinket from gunship just none wants to drop for me or goes to another player who hacks and rolls higher game is unfair but we live on Most programs i have looked at with my best in slot trinkets i should be looking at adding 1k+ dps onto my currenty roughtly ~8k on dummies unbuffed.

I don't At moment all have Gone since we took a break over christmas/ new years
But i can link a screenshot of my dps of a wipe on anub heroic, my gear has improved ALOT of the time so dps has improved aswell

Motivation:
Why do you want to leave your current Guild? they just haven't got the competitive edge toward raiding as much as i do, i will put a 110% into a raid full food, Alot of flasks, extra potions ( haste, spell power, mana pots, frost protection) but then other slack, which anoys me. 50% Read up on boss tatics when all should have, wasting our time while explaining when really we could be pew pew'ing And unnecessary wipes, Don't get me wrong i love the people i raid with, i get attached to my community and fit in nicely, but its always a time to move on, if you want to spread your wings abit more.
Why i want to join Numen?
Reading through your home page and information about the guild, it seems like the community of the guild is very strong between each other and you like to have a laugh, which is a very positive side to a guild. Aswell as the raiding i can see is very well controlled when it comes to it and a very high performance rate. You are determined to be the best as am i in the game, i play alot, and i mean alot its not healthy how much i play i can insure 100% active, i just need a very strong guild to go with it. I want to see end game content before others do and get every raiding achievement the hardest of the hardest which i'm sure of what i have read so far nevermore is the place to be.
