Current raiding times: Depends when other people are available. If our rooster had been big enough we would raid all days but saturday 19:00 - 23:00. After end of regular raids I (or Merke before) always tried to organize 10 man raids to push some progress there.


About my progress

Starting back in Vanilla times I didn't raid then. I was having only fun with friend while leveling. So no experience in Old content at proper time.
Though TBC is something different. I really started to enjoying raiding there. So in the end I have cleared up to brutallus pre nerf (didn't kill Brut) and cleared Sunwell post 3-0.

In WotLK Ulduar cleared up to Mimiron 25 man (Mimiron not killed). Yogg phase 2 in Ulduar 10. Unfortunately with my current guild I wasn't able to do any hard modes. Tried deconstructor hard mode and Council semi - hard. You might be fooled by my achievement Hodir hard mode earned but it was only some kind of bug(our fight took a lot longer than it is required but we still got it and he didn't shatter his cache). From a bit older achievements Undying and sartharion with 3 drakes 25 man version.


Guilds

Husaria - was polish speaking guild when I joined during leveling in Outland. I meet some people from there during leveling we enjoyed so they invited me. Husaria was raiding rather occassionaly and very casually so we didn't manage to kill Vashj / Kael in TBC. So I decided to move on to more raiding guild.

Echoes of Lordaeron - this is guild I am still part of... I am leaving it because my aims in the game changed a bit over time.. There is great atmosphere with great people but I started to expect something else during the raids. People were not prepared for raids tactics wise mainly, everytime we had to explain tactics, always there was someone new who didn't know the fight.. I couldn't handle that attitude anymore.

So this is why I want to join Numen. I want to raid in competetive environment. Together with likeminded people who are ready to sacriface themself in order to achieve big results. With raiders who know how to do their job properly. Who maximizes their performance by any possible means. Apart from that rules and raiding times fits me perfectly. I want to reach top kills together.


Gear

I spent most of the time in holy spec so my gear is best suited for that role. To achieve nice mana pool and reasonable regen I tried to balance my intellect and spirit. After spirit nerf I started to value intellect more so that's why I used pure intellect gems somewhere. But still I don't like to neglect gem sockets so I try to use them as well.
I was aiming to have equal to about 30% crit buffed (which I reached) and then to stack haste - hence my gemming in haste. I am not entirely happy with my amount of haste - would like to trade off some crit (which is above 31% buffed now) for haste. But was a bit unlucky with drops (still got naxx bracers which I would like to replace).

As for disc I have got some items when I trade off spirit for MP 5 (notice after rapture nerf I got some mana problems if the fight is quite long) and drop some haste (to about 8% unbuffed) (don't like hard capped spell while renewed hope I think haste is then quite wasted so I prefer even more crit).

Got some shadow offspec gear as well to make myself capped (9,99% with best other mix up) and almost 11% with a bit worse mixing spellpower / haste / crit - though since I am draenei I think that 1% is waste. Unfortunately I don't have some dedicated items for shadow to make it maximized by gemmin spellpower so when I use shadow some of the parts are still holy thus spellpower / haste / spirit gemming (exception are leggings of mortal arrogance from KT when I gemmed 2x 19 spellpower for shadow while i dont use them for holy anymore).

The big cast bar is my cast bar and the smaller one near the cooldown timers is my targets cast bar. I have similar cast bar to focus window.

For Grid I use clique - right click is greater heal, left click flash heal, button 3 (under thumb) is binding heal, alt + middle button is pom, ctrl + middle button is shield, middle button is PoH. Alt left click is abolish disease, alt + right click is dispell magic (i have them bound as well to "T" cause I think spamming T is faster than 2 button combination).

I have completely rebound controls - I am moving on esdf (instead of wsad) and trying to bind as much things around as possible.

I bound flash heal (b), greater heal (q), poh (z) in case of DC in the middle of fight not working add on or something then i can drag fast blizzards frames and heal on them.

Apart from that I have following binds (which aren't on mouse):
R - mouse over macro for CoH (with stopcasting)
A - stop casting macro
X - hymn of hope
H - inner focus
G - Guardian Spirit mouse over macro (Penance mouse over macro for disc)
4 - fade
C - psychihc scream
Shift + H - HS
1 - stopcasting followed by mass dispell
W - divine hymn (going to bind binding heal here will be SHIFT + W - habit)

Apart from that I dont like to mess with unit frames..

I use of course grid for every dangerous debuff and the small icon is pop in the midle of raid member if he is affected by setted debuff (like Stone Grip, nature's fury, KT bomb's, napalm shell on mim, slag pot and so on and so on). I use it for missing buffs as well so people are not complaining much there is something missing ;).

Apart from that usual healing stuff I use ForteXorcist for CD and spell timers. Of course I use DBM as well. And BuffEnough to see if I get every buff available. My bars are modified by bartender4. (Of course I use some additional addons which aren't relevant - like gatherer, questhelper).


Healing

I love raid healing. I love availibity to save raid members lifes from certain situations. Now it depends on fight how I am healing but usually in burst fights before every incoming aoe I try to stack serendipity stacks and then cast them, CoH, PoM, another 1 / 2 stacks of serendipity (if someone is low) and again PoH. I use boss cast bars to predict incoming damage - Auriaya for example I cast first PoH when boss is ending casting Screech. Mimiron as soon as I see flame animation - etc.

I dont mind raid healing on some fights as Disc. I prefer to heal Razorscale even as disc than holy. I always reacted as one of the first healers to heal firebolted people so I used to shield them - and I used hastened flash heal to second another one target hit by firebolt. First people was alive even when there was extra firebolt incoming on him and 2nd one was topped. If noone topped my first target I used often penance to top them fast up.

Tank healing - of course I prefer doing it as Disc - nothing hard here - I keep my weakened soul debuff on tank whole time, PoM, Penance every CD, Flash Heal after shield when they are necessary (or GH with stopcasting if boss is hitting really hard). When I can spare some time for raid I shield people to have more haste to heal tank - depends on encounter.

Raiding

Of course I will come prepared for every raid and will have required consumables (already know fight before hand - though it is a bit different with hard modes but was already doing some research).

Apart from that I am very reliable and dedicated raider. I didn't miss single raid in my guild since Ulduar started - it was often 4 25 raids and like 5 10 man raids (often even till 3 / 4 am). I don't mind doing that again. I enjoyed it. Raid and guild is almost everytime on first place (always there can be some very SERIOUS emergency like someone close sick when I have to help, but you really can't help with that).
So 6 raids weekly from 19 to 1 am is not any problem. I am not you might be full on healers.. but I thought trying doesn't hurt.

I have working mic and haven't any problems with Ventrilo. Though my speaking English is not best one but I can communicate. Don't have issues with listening.

I haven't been here long at all so my opinion counts for fuck all But even so for this guy it is worth posting. In 3.0 he had to miss a couple of raids when we were pushing OS:25. We ended up taking a week off until he came back because not one of our healers could fill his role. He has been solid and a constant factor in any progress Echoes of Lordaeron enjoyed and is, putting it simply, the best Healer I've ever played with. He think he forgot to mention he has a couple of legendary shards too ;p

If there is a healing spot, then this guy can fill it.

I mainly use focus for fights when this is really helpfull (though in all it is nice to see actual tank when they are rotating or something if other healers are slow and I need to help) like:

Ignis - to see finish of the cast of flame jets so I am able to stop before it lands not when DBM warns me.
Deco - not really necessary she is screaming and there is obvious animation when she casts tantrum
Council - steelbreaker for punch to time heals (we have got our MT paladin dispelling)
Auriaya - for cast bar of Screech to time PoH
Hodir - to see when his buff is gone so I now there will be less healing required for some time
Evokers in arena to Mass dispell as soon as they start shielding / healing
Freya (snaplashers) when i was leading to warn dps to watch / be prepared to save tank if he wasn't kiting properly
Mimiron - head to see when bomb bots was incomming (I was announcing them our tank was taunting them if he / she was too slow i was shielding targetted people)
General to see surges to shield MT to give him speed boost (actually though I am specced out from the body of soul but i used to have it)
Yogg - I haven't started using there yet but I think it might be usefull to have debuffing tentacles in focus window to see who is getting to have debuff asap - but I think grid icons are enough help here.
Even on stupid emalon focus and mobs cast bar can be useful - like Emalon and his holy nova to predict damage on raid.

So I think there is always nice to have boss on focus. Though if there is really not that helpfull I just keep him targetted (due to my mouse over nature of healing it is not a problem), but I would not rely on this - always I can untarget by chance or I need to target someone who got CR so still focus is better.

And for Grid as I was quoted yes I use debuffs for encounter specific debuffs (as well for magic and disease debuffs in general) so I dont waste time to look for people who needs damage (or wait for first tick of debuff) but can heal them instantly.

As I see I skipped part about my technical stuff I am sorry for that.

I am running WoW on Intel Quad Q6600 with Geforce 8800 GT and 4 GB of RAM so performance is not a big issue (average 30 FPS is easily with a lot of stuff in the back ground like music / browsers, etc etc) but if i need more of course I will do everything to be on 60 .

My connection is pretty stable, latency is below 200 MS - 150 ms is average often it is even lower. I don't remember having Connection Issues it the past (I think I DCed once in last month..).

Technical equipment is only important if it's too bad. Obviously yours is decent so it's no biggie. Armory is down at the moment, so I can't really see your talent choices. How much do you value utility talents as a holy priest? We have quite a few. What's your input on Body and Soul, Guardian Spirit and so on?

I always liked our ability to help the raid in other ways than only to heal them. I find them pretty valuable (at least most of them):

Body and Soul - though at the moment I am specced out of it (had 2 holy priest already with it and I specced a bit more for througput and renew which I like as well) I think it is awesome talents. It can be so helpfull on many situations - not mentioning kiting phase on General Vezax (which is a lot easier when tank is shielded) but to help dps with survivability - for example at the beginning when eye beam from Kologarn dealt pretty much damage I was shielding people which were focused by him so they could escape asap (now though it is not that much issue damage is pretty nerfed so often it is easier to cast some flashes to stack up serendipity if its not already done) or Council and Runes of Deaths if someone is too slow and he is in the middle of run speed buff and shield itself is great. Not mentioning hodir when I see someone is too far away for flash freeze I helped them with shield. Or to cheat on shadow crushes a bit - to be sure I will avoid them in time. So despite speccing out at the moment I know I will miss it soon and will spec back into it.

Guardian Spirit - after glyph I love that talent (before that not so much - 3 minutes CD should i use it now or save for better occassion, DAMN it is on CD, should've wait...). Tool to directly save people like because they overaggro / stay in AoE or simply to increase healing (like mim plasma blast) is so awesome. 1 minute CD in my opinion is not much and when it procced.. well I know it was used wisely! It makes some pulls easier as well - like soaking the bomb bots on mims trash - we got pally casting divine prot me GS and bomb bots are soaked with our tank alive.

Ligthwell - still don't like it.. I saw usage for it maybe on sapphiron / on gluth for kiters maybe thaddius? I would like have better dpsing Instead of looking for lightwell.

Power Infusion - another great talent. Depends on encounter I use it on some healer who I know will be having mana issues or fast healing will be necessry (like when I was solo healing sarth 3d 25 man MT I casted it on myself to help with output / save my mana a bit) or on DPS to increase damage a bit. Spamming it every CD is nice.

Pain Suppression - though I like GS more this is as well decent talent. But again would like to have shorter CD to save more lifes . Was great spell to save tank on sarth during deadly breaths now is average.. there is in my opinion too much too deadly damage incomming to make it very usefull. It can help with avoiding tank deaths on Thorim where stacks are high enough.. but well GS can help it as well.. Of course on plasma blast this is still great talent.

Renewed Hope - 3% damage reduction when there is no prot pala is nice . Every bit helps and I like shielding people so I am sure it is all time up.

Adam is a brilliant healer, being a tank im often scared about dying I hate my repair bill /grin but around Airsha i have no worries i know if i die its not a fault of his EVER

Hes a great guild member too, does his best too help everyone out in whatever capacity and thats something i will surely miss.
I have to admit seeing Adam leave us breaks my heart, hes a great friend one i spend alot of time with and enjoy talking too,
And although my opinion doesn't mean shit i believe you would be fools too decline him.
